At Wildly Inspired, we create unique handmade resin pieces including home decor, keyrings, and memorial keepsakes. Each item is one-of-a-kind and crafted with care.

Are all your pieces handmade?

Yes! Every item is individually made by hand, meaning no two pieces are ever exactly the same. Slight variations in colour, shape, and finish add to the uniqueness of your product.

What materials do you use?

We use high-quality epoxy resin and carefully selected inclusions like dried flowers, gold flakes, and pigments.

Are all items identical to the photos?

Each piece is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, so slight variations in colour and pattern are natural and make every item unique.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Do you accept custom orders?

Absolutely! You can choose your colour palette, flower type, or glitter style. Just message us before ordering so we can discuss your vision.

Can I add a name or quote to my item?

Yes, personalisation is available on most items for a small additional fee.

You can add in details before adding to your basket!

How long do custom orders take?

Custom pieces may take 1-3 weeks to create before shipping, depending on design complexity.

Product Care

How do I care for my resin product?

  • Wipe with a soft, damp cloth to remove spills or dust.
  • Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemicals - they can scratch or dull the surface.
  • Extreme temperatures may affect the finish over time.
  • Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may fade colours or yellow resin slightly.
  • Handle with care and avoid stacking heavy objects on top.
  • Keep in a dry area.

Is resin waterproof?

Resin is water-resistant but not 100% waterproof. Brief contact with water is fine, but avoid submerging your piece for long periods (e.g. swimming, showering).

Will my resin piece last a long time?

Yes! With proper care, resin jewellery and decor can last for many years while maintaining their shine and clarity.

Orders, Tracking & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are dispatched within 2 days of your order being placed.

Custom orders may take between 1 - 3 weeks depending on the design complexity and size of the piece.

Shipping is via Royal Mail Tracked 48-hour service for reliable delivery.

These time frames may vary around seasonal, busier times of the year so please place your order in advance of any important dates.

How can I track my order?

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail 48hr Tracking.

Once your item ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do offer international shipping, but only to the US currently.

Please note that shipping times may vary and additional customs fees may apply.

Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Due to the handmade and often personalised or custom nature of our products, we typically don’t accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos / proof of damage and we'll work quickly to arrange a replacement or refund of your order.

Can I cancel my order?

We don't typically accept cancellations once your order has been placed, especially for customised or personalised pieces.

That being said, please contact us as soon as possible with any cancellation queries and we will do our best to accommodate.
